摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a carbonaceous material interior ore, and securing an excellent crushing strength as a raw material for blast furnace.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a carbonaceous material interior ore includes: adding an organic binder to a powdery iron oxide-containing raw material and a powdery carbonaceous material; adjusting the moisture content; and mixing and pelletizing the product. In more details, the method for manufacturing the carbonaceous material interior ore includes bringing a total addition amount of the organic binder to 2-10% to the whole raw material at a solid content conversion, and according to the pH of the oxide-containing raw material, adding one kind or more of organic binder when pH of the oxide-containing raw material is less than 9.5, and adding two kinds or more of organic binders so as to bring the absolute value of zeta potential to 20 mV or higher when the pH of the oxide-containing raw material is 9.5 or higher.EFFECT: Thus, by selecting an organic binder according to the pH of the iron oxide-containing raw material, it is possible to efficiently manufacture a non-burning carbonaceous material interior ore, and secure an excellent crushing strength as a raw material for blast furnace.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
