PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a heat radiator having excellent heat radiation performance by making solderability on an outside surface of a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy material 15 constituting a heat exchanger 10 contains Mn:0.7 to 1.2 mass%, Fe:0.02 to 0.7 mass% and Si:0.05 to 0.4 mass% and has area percentage of an Al-Fe-based intermetallic compound of 0.3 to 1.5% and average particle diameter of crystal of 50 to 500 μm and a component 20 with heat radiation is face jointed to an outer surface of the heat exchanger 10 constituted by the aluminum alloy material 15 by using an Al-Si-based alloy brazing material 33 containing 0.02 to 0.7 mass% of Fe and 0.05 to 2.0 mass% of Mg.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
