摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable resistance circuit that allows comparatively reducing the circuit scale and adjusting the resistance value with a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: A variable resistance circuit includes first and second resistance adjustment circuits and is configured such that a resistance value between a first terminal and a second terminal changes according to a control signal. The first resistance adjustment circuit has a first series resistance circuit composed of a plurality of resistance elements connected in series to one another, and a first switch section selectively connecting one of predetermined nodes of the first series resistance circuit to the first terminal according to the control signal. The second resistance adjustment circuit has a second series resistance circuit connected to the second terminal and composed of a plurality of resistance elements connected in series one another, and a second switch section selectively connecting the first series resistance circuit to one of predetermined nodes of the second series resistance circuit according to the control signal. Each resistance value rof the plurality of resistance elements constituting the first series resistance circuit is different from each resistance value rof the plurality of resistance elements constituting the second series resistance circuit.
