A holder structure with a reinforcing structure is provided to improve assembling efficiency in comparison with a bolt-nut assembly by welding a reinforcing unit. A holder structure with a reinforcing structure includes a reinforcing unit(20). The reinforcing unit is surface-contacted with one side of a frame unit(10), and composed of a plurality of reinforcing segments mutually adhered in a state of being surface-contacted with an external side, an internal side, a top side, and a bottom side of the frame unit by using the frame unit as an assembly jig. The reinforcing unit has a shape of a U-shaped bar having a hollow hole corresponding to a cross sectional diameter of the frame unit. An adhesive filling material is filled between the reinforcing segments and the frame unit.
