PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for making steaming efficient in the structure of a steaming device so as to save energy.SOLUTION: In a multistage steaming device, conveyors are installed in multiple stages so as to convey a noodle ribbon group conveyed into a steam storage 2 from an upper stage to a lower stage in the steam storage 2 while including a plurality of times of nearly horizontal direction round trips in the longitudinal direction of the steam storage 2. The noodle ribbon group conveyed in the upper stage in the steam storage 2 is given with steam from a steam pipe 5, and thereafter, conveyed to the lower stage. |
