<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor unit and a power source unit which can be maintained inexpensively by safely performing repairs such as replacement of parts and lessening calling a serviceman when trouble is caused in an auxiliary power source device. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitor unit used for the power supply unit of the fixing device of an image forming apparatus has a plurality of capacitors and a casing including the plurality of capacitors. The plurality of capacitors are held and fixed while their terminals are electrically connected inside the casing through a wiring board. Then, a connector to be connected with the charger/discharger of the power supply unit is provided on the lower outer surface of the casing. The connector is mainly constituted to be fixed while it is electrically connected to the charger/discharger through the connector provided on the lower surface of the casing by making the capacitor unit get in/out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
