The corona generator includes a roller and at least a longitudinal electrode which is parallel to the roller. One end of the roller and one end of the electrode are connected to the secondary windings of a transformer, whose primary side is connected to a current impulse circuit. The circuit is controlled by a frequency generator, and its frequencies can be altered using a phane measurement circuit. The phane angle between the primary current and its voltage, is determined. ADVANTAGE - Generator output is automatically matched to changes in impedance.
