PURPOSE:To obtain a double-wall microcapsule excellent in heat resistance and moisture resistance by forming a secondary wall composed of a polyionic complex of polystyrene sulfonic acid and a cationic polyamide/epihalohydrin resin to a primary wall composed of an anaino resin. CONSTITUTION:At first, a hydrophobia substance being a core material is coated with a primary wall composed of an amino resin formed by the polycondensation reaction of urea and a component selcted from formaldehyde, monomeric methylol urea or a low mol.wt. polymer thereof and monomeric methylated methylol urea or a low mol.wt. polymer thereof. Next, the primary wall is coated with a secondary wall composed of a polyionic complex of a cationic polyamid/epihalohydrin resin having a urea bond in its structural unit and polystyrene sulfonic acid and/or a salt thereof to prepare a microcapsule. |
