BLOW MOLDED PRODUCT AND MOLDING METHOD FOR SAME

PURPOSE:To enhance workability and the quality of a product and to achieve the reduction of the wt. and cost of the product by simply and certainly attaching an insert member to the upper mold of a split mold consisting of upper and lower molds. CONSTITUTION:The support part 26 of an insert member 24 having a protruding part 28 and the support part 26 is extended to form the leg part reaching a lower mold 14 and the leading end part of the leg part is set to an expanded part 30 as the assembling part to the lower mold 14 and the recessed part 22 receiving the expanded part 30 is provided to the split surface of the lower mold 14 to fit the expanded part 30 of the insert member 24 in the recessed part 22 and an upper mold 12 and the lower mold 14 are mated in such a state that the insert member 24 is supported on the lower mold 14. The insert member 24 is substantially arranged on the side of the upper mold before the blow-up operation of a parison 23 is executed.
