PURPOSE:To improve the workability by decreasing a bleeding water quantity in a concrete placing surface, when producing concrete or mortar by using sea sand conducted a desalting treatment. CONSTITUTION:Among 100 pts.wt. of fine aggregates consisting of the sea sand conducted a desalting treatment, 4-12wt. parts of them are compounded by replacing with the following lime powder having such grain size distribution as; <=600mum:99-100wt.%, <=300mum:95-100wt.%, <=150mum:81-100wt.%, <=75mum:72-99wt.%, <=40mum:59-93wt.%, <=20mum:40-72wt.%, <=10mum:29-52wt.%, and <=5mum:21-40wt.%. Then the bleeding water in the concrete or mortar placing surface can greatly be reduced. The material separation in the concrete or mortar placing time is reduced and the smooth workability on field work is available. Defects due to the bleeding are prevented and a high strength of structure is obtained. |
