NEW SACCHARIDE BASE MATRIX

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a new saccharide base matrix usable for a food. CONSTITUTION: This saccharide base matrix is obtained by applying conditions causing a flash flow in a maltodextrin feed raw material so as to provide a structure physically or chemically different from that of the feed raw material and is composed of the maltodextrin. A product is obtained from the matrix and a method for producing the saccharide base matrix and the product is provided.
