PURPOSE:To reduce the irregularity of the viscosity of kneaded rubber without complicating a control device when a large number of carbon black is kneaded with a raw material polymer having irregularity in viscosity. CONSTITUTION:In a first pre-kneading process, natural rubber 50PHR, HAF carbon black 30PHR and an activator 3PHR are put in a kneader 10 to be kneaded. In a second final kneading process, the remaining raw material is put in the kneader 10 to be kneaded with the rubber 13 kneaded in the pre- kneading process. The filler is preliminarily dispersed in natural rubber large in the irregularity of viscosity in the predetermined kneading process to form a stable state and, thereafter, butadiene rubber low in the irregularity of viscosity and the remaining filler are kneaded with the preliminarily kneaded rubber in the final kneading process to reduce the irregularity of the viscosity of the kneaded rubber. |
