<p>The equipment for producing a liquid waste material fraction from a type-sorted domestic waste material and that from food preparation and with a high content of biologically degradable components involves the liquid waste material fraction pressed out through apertures in a press curve (36) with the aid of a press worm (33), whilst a semi-dry press residue is thrust outwards through a nozzle outlet (38). The type-sorted material, after removal of packaging, is fed to a volumetric feed device (21), which feeds it under pressure into the worm press. The press is so formed that a large part of the waste material is pressed out as a liquid fraction through the narrow, longitudinal gap-type apertures in the press curve (36).</p> |
