<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Gagome-tangle (Kjellmaniella crassifolia Miyabe) salt obtained by using at least a kind of tangle including Gagome tangle to bring out distinctive flavor of the tangle to the maximum so as to contain an active ingredient "Gagome-tangle fucoidan" having anti-cancer function or anti-allergy function and specific only to Gagome tangle. <P>SOLUTION: The Gagome-tangle salt comprises an extract obtained by evaporating the moisture of a mixture solution composed of soup stock extracted from at least one kind of tangle comprising the Gagome tangle, salt and dried bonito. The extract comprises the Gagome tangle fucoidan, mannitol, glutamic acid and inosinic acid. The method for producing the Gagome tangle salt is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
