PURPOSE:To achieve labor saving, rationalization and cost reduction of molding operations by performing injection molding under specific molding conditions using molds having a specific mating structure, a pin insert structure, a cold- runner gate, and a product takeout structure. CONSTITUTION:Addition type liquefied silicone rubber is injected by an injection molding machine into the thick-walled part of a cavity from the cold runner 11a of a molding die whose surface temperature is 130 to 230 deg.C, to mold an anode cap 10. Next an insert pin is pulled out by a hydraulic cylinder 13a to open a parting plane (a), and a parting plate (b) is opened while the cap 10 is held by a molding lock pin 17. As the pin 17 is lowered, a stripper plate 15 rises and air is blown from an air blow valve 16b to take the cap 10 out of the die. Therefore, a cycle time can be greatly reduced through the elimination of aftertreatments such as cutting and deburring of a spool runner gate. |
