PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antibacterial oriented plastic film which has a strong antibacterial effect and can maintain the antibacterial function over a long period of time. SOLUTION: An inorganic compound 2 containing silver 1μm or less in particle size is fixed on the surface of a plastic film 1 which has surface roughness (Ra) of 0.2μm or more, maximum roughness (Rt) of 1μm or more, and 5 pieces/mm or more of roughness (Pc) of 0.5μm or more.
