PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applied service corresponding to the processing capability of a terminal in a network environment in which each kind of terminal is present, to provide an applied service corresponding to the communication capability of communication infrastructure even when plural communication infrastructures coexist, and to provide a system in which data re-transmission can be efficiently attained. SOLUTION: A server computer 1 is provided with an information exchanging device 10, and service information offered as an applied service is information converted into a prescribed format based on the attribute of terminal information, and transmitted. The applied service can be offered by absorbing the relative difference of the processing capabilities of each kind of terminal equipment 31, 41, and 51, and the applied service can be offered by absorbing the relative difference of the communication capabilities of communication networks 30, 40, and 50 by information-converting the service information into the prescribed format based on the attribute of the communication network with which the terminal equipment is connected. Also, at the time of data re-transmission due to a line error, a re-transmitting processing corresponding to the error classification is operated by a re-transmission managing part. |
