<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley device with a built-in one-way clutch, in which processing cost of a sleeve can be reduced, and torque transmission between the sleeve and a vehicle auxiliary device can be ensured even when large torque acts. <P>SOLUTION: In this pulley device with built-in one-way clutch 10, the inner circumferential surface 11a of the sleeve 11 can be fitted with a rotating shaft, and the sleeve 11 can be fixed to the rotating shaft by a connecting member.
