IMPROVED FILTER SCREEN AND SUPPORT FRAME THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reutilizable frame by peeling wirecloths (158 and 159) from the apex of a frame to attach new wirecloths to a plastic material to heat a region including the new wirecloths.

SOLUTION: In a method for constituting the frame for a filter screen from a polymer material, two parallel spaced apart wires included in the whole of a wire frame reinforcement during a frame molding process respectively extend through ribs crossing each other at a right angle to define the open region of the frame which is spread with the wirecloths (158 and 159). The surface of the frame which keeps the wirecloths (158 and 159) embedded is formed of ridges and the uppermost apex parts of the ridges extend at different heights. The uppermost apex parts are softened by heating during a manufacturing process and the wirecloths (158 and 159) spread on the frame are pushed in the softened uppermost apex parts and the obtained assembly is subsequently cooled and hardened.
