<p>FIELD: pharmaceutical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: new carbamates and ureas are provided with general formula I (in description), wherein R<SB>1</SB> is optionally substituted C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>20</SB>-alkyl, optionally substituted cycloalkyl, optionally substituted phenyl-lower alkyl group; R<SB>a</SB> and R<SB>3</SB>, the same or different, (C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>)-alkyl; R<SB>2</SB>, R<SB>b</SB>, and R<SB>c</SB>, the same or different, carboxyl or protected carboxyl group; X oxygen or nitrogen; and R<SB>4</SB> hydrogen atom or amine-protection group; above-mentioned substituents being halogens, hydroxyl, lower alkyl, lower alkoxyl, amino, mono- or di-lower alkylamino groups, carboxyl, formyl, lower-alkoxycarbonyl; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. New carbamates and ureas present first examples of non- peptide analogs of bacterial components of cell shell and do not contain constituent common for precedent level. Described are also method for preparing compounds I and pharmaceutical composition inducing endogenous production of growth factors JL-6 and C<SB>3</SB>F controlling production of neutrophils in mammalian marrow.
