摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the nozzle for a rocket engine regeneratively cooled by a flowing coolant and the manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: To manufacture the nozzle for a rocket engine regeneratively cooled by a flowing coolant, a nozzle body is formed by winding a tubular material 6 through which the coolant is streamed during the operation of the nozzle to a wind core in a spiral shape composite structure 5. The spiral composite structure 5 fixed integrally is removed form the wind core and a heat resistant load support layer 9 is stuck to the surface of the fixed spiral composite structure 5 for forming a heat gas side H of the nozzle body. This nozzle has a light structure and a high strength with respect to high coolant pressure and has the advantage that the wall of the heat gas side is smoothly finished.
