PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating device for external equipment control device with which the destruction of external equipment can be prevented even when a program stops. SOLUTION: Between an external equipment control device 101 and external equipment 102, an output break circuit is connected for switching conduction/ non-conduction between the external equipment control device 101 and the external equipment 102 on the basis of a prescribed input signal. Besides, a stable output selector 106 is provided for inputting a ground potential GND and a power supply potential VDD and outputting a stable pulse to be supplied to the external equipment 102 in the case of program stop. A stable output permitting circuit 105 for switching the conduction/non-conduction of the stable pulse on the basis of the prescribed input signal is connected to the stable output selector 106. Further, a break signal discriminating circuit 103 is provided for outputting a signal for switching the ON/OFF of respective buffers inside the output break circuit 104 and the stable output permitting circuit 105. A delay control circuit is built in the break signal discriminating circuit 103.
