PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-loss line structure which can avoid making a high resistance due to the skin effect of a high frequency current. SOLUTION: A plurality of parallel conductors 12, 13 are formed on a board 11 to constitute a line. Currents in phase are flowed or voltages in phase are applied on the parallel conductors 1. The parasitic resistance of the plurality of conductors line can be reduced at high frequencies. The plurality of conductors line is spirally wound to form inductor elements and a monolithic microwave IC involving them can be formed.
