<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcohol-neutralizing agent which can improve alcohol metabolism and alcohol foul breath, just after the alcohol is taken. <P>SOLUTION: This alcohol-neutralizing agent comprises a rice bran soybean fermentation extract obtained by inoculating, fermenting and culturing at least one of Bacillus natto and Bacillus subtilis in a culture medium comprising rice bran, soybeans and a carbon source, and a mushroom extract obtained by extracting mushroom carpophores with a hydrophilic solvent in a mass ratio of 90/1 to 50/1, wherein the total content of the rice bran soybean fermentation extract and the mushroom extract is preferably ≥40 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
