PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which continuously conveyed food dough can be conveyed, while the center of the food dough is always coincide with the conveying center of a conveyer, and to provide a device for conveying the food dough. SOLUTION: In this method for conveying the food dough, the center of the food dough coincides with the center of the conveyer using a moving device having a center-adjusting roller on the basis of the detection results of sensors for the side edge positions of the conveyed continuous sheet-like food dough and the calculation results of the dough center with a calculation device, and the apparatus for conveying the food dough.
