<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a medical error related to the preparation work by integrally and intensively managing the total work concerning the preparation of medicines including the inspection, preparation and confirmation of information on dosing. <P>SOLUTION: Medicines are paid out to a tray 3 for each patient from an automatic medicine pay-out device 2 and an automatic other medicine pay-out device 5 to pay out medicines for each patient based on the inputted prescription for the medicines. Devices up to a worktop 6 on which the medicines paid out to the tray 3 are inspected and prepared are intensively disposed, and the inspection and preparation of the medicines are performed on the worktop 6.
