<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a beverage in a container, which can keep the quality of the beverage stable for a long term. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a deoxygenation step of degassing oxygen dissolved in the beverage, a filling step of filling a container with the deoxygenated beverage in the deoxygenation step, a replacement step of replacing a head space occurring in the container filled with the beverage in the filling step with an oxygen-free gas, and a sealing step of hermetically sealing the container with a cap after the replacement step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
