PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusibilized organic silicon polymer which gives a baked product of a desired shape causing neither melting nor fusion on baking. SOLUTION: The infusibilized organic silicon polymer is obtained by crosslinking an organic silicon polymer having a constituting unit of the general formula by heating in an atmospheric gas containing oxygen or ozone.
