The base (1) includes a load bearer with parallel guidance. The load transfer levers (2) are constructed as a crossed-spring hinge joint. Levers and base are formed from a single block, monolithically. The spring-bridges (36, 35, 38) of the hinge (3) each include two thinned sections (36, 38; 37, 39) which are spaced apart from each other. The spring bridges are effectively delimited by four horizontal bores (31, 32, 33, 34) parallel to the pivotal axis of the spring hinge, their centers being arranged in a square configuration. Each bore has the same diameter. The edge length of the square defining centers associated with the thinned locations, exceeds the diameter of the bores.
