PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a rotor type pump or blower having a smaller size, less energy degradation and no cavitation while eliminating the periodic fluctuation of a flow rate in a liquid transfer system. SOLUTION: A disc has 140-150 spiral grooves formed at both sides at depths of 1mm or smaller into required shapes to form a rotor. The rotation of the rotor gives energy to a fluid.
