An electrical line is provided to reduce a friction between inner surface of a cable duct and an external surface of the line by including a lubricating layer. An electrical line includes three electric lines(1,2,3) and a cable duct(4). Three electric lines(1,2,3) are inserted into the cable duct(4). Each electric line has a lubricating layer for reducing friction between each electric line(1,2,3) and the inner surface of the cable duct(4) while the lines are installed in the cable duct(4). The electric lines(1,2,3) include electrical conductors, first inner layers, and second inner layers. The first and second inner layers continuously envelopes the electrical conductor. A thermoplastic material including lubricating substance moves from the inner layer to the outer layer to form a lubricating layer on the surface of the outer layer.
