A container transportation carrier and a container transportation system are provided to increase the transportation speed between cranes by using a transportation carrier of an electric plat-form moving through line without using the carrier operated by a straddle carrier or AGV. A container transportation carrier includes a lower frame(102), a wheel set(104), a wheel driver(106), a rotating machine equipment(108), a rotation platform(110), and a rotation driver(114). The wheel set is mounted on a lower frame. The wheel driver is mounted on the lower frame in order to drive the wheel set. The rotation machine equipment is mounted on the lower frame. The rotating platform is spaced apart from the rotation machine equipment, and a container is loaded on the rotation platform. The rotation driver is mounted on the lower frame and drives the rotation machine equipment so as to drive the rotation platform.
