A collapse preventing roof structure is provided to keep indoor temperature constant by isolating inside from the external temperature due to the water circulated forcibly. A collapse preventing roof structure comprises a pair of hollow plates(30), a fixing body(20), a water sprinkling unit(31), a fresh water unit(40), and a pumping unit. The pair of hollow plates is formed with plural through holes at the upper and lower parts. The fixing body is formed with a pair of insertion units(21) to which the hollow plate is detachably combined. The water sprinkling unit is positioned inside the insertion unit and combined with the through hole of the hollow plate. The fresh water unit is combined with the lower part of the hollow plate. The pumping unit is positioned between the water sprinkling unit and the fresh water unit to circulate and supply the water to the hollow plate.
