<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular opening/closing body control device which effectively eliminates an influence of oscillating disturbance and achieves detection of pinching with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular opening/closing body control device has an estimated load calculating means (8b) for obtaining an estimated load (P) from a rotational speed, an acceleration, and a driving voltage of a direct-current motor (3) for driving an opening/closing body (9); a pinching determining means (8c) for determining whether or not an object has been pinched, based on the estimated load; and a motor torque calculating means (8) for calculating a motor torque (Tm) from the rotational speed and the driving voltage of the motor. The determining means stores therein a peak value (Ipeak) of an absolute value of a difference between the estimated load and the motor torque when the latter is larger than the former, as an inertia force peak value, and if the estimated load is in excess of the motor torque, provided that the absolute value of the difference between the estimated load and the motor torque is smaller than the inertia force peak value stored therein, the determining means does not make pinching determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
