A leg of furniture article comprises longitudinal elements from lathes joined along corresponding planes. The leg is made in the cross section in the form of angle element from flat blanks of two longitudinal elements cut from the lathes of initial material worked to required size by length, width and thickness, joined by worked planes along said longitudinal elements.
