System performs real-time Object traffic management, preventing collisions between Objects, or damage to Objects, or System components. Closed-loop optimization-System improves its performance efficiency automatically, based on past and/or real-time performance feedback analyses. System incorporated into Networked Architecture of Systems, and all Systems within the Network, could share/exchange information for variety of objectives, including: improving performance of a System, as needed, based on a similar System that has achieved better results.
