<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management system, for specifying a plurality of relevant facilities by a portable terminal without connecting a server from a work site without omission, and managing operation progress information in the site. <P>SOLUTION: A device IC tag 41 is provided to a representative facility FR within an area E in which a plurality of target facilities is disposed, and stores specification information for specifying the plurality of facilities in the area E and operation progress information thereof. The portable terminal 20 recognizes, from the information read from the device IC tag 41, all facilities disposed in the area E provided with the device IC tag 41 and the progress of operation to the facilities, guides the operation by voice from an operation process corresponding to the progress, and writes, at the end or interruption of the operation in the area E, current progress information of the operation to the device IC tag 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
