<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seamlessly switch systems without causing the disturbance of video images when switching the systems in the IP broadcast transmission system of duplex constitution provided with the transmission servers of an active system and a standby system. <P>SOLUTION: In a 1-system IP transmission server 1 and a 2-system IP transmission server 2, a time stamp is periodically added to respective received TS signals in TS boards 11 and 21, and a difference value between the added time stamp and a PCR code included in TS is detected, respectively. Synchronization processing parts 12 and 22 perform synchronization processing to the TS signals on the basis of the difference values detected in the 1-system IP transmission server 1 and the 2-system IP transmission server 2, respectively. Since IP packets are synchronously input from the 1-system IP transmission server 1 and the 2-system IP transmission server 2 to a switching device 3, the video images can be smoothly switched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
