FIELD: physics, image processing. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to image recorders. The result is ensured by that signal recording and reproducing unit (30) records DVb image signal in case of reading a message to reproduce recorded image signal with image signal generator (10). Recorded signal is reproduced and transferred to frame rate conversion unit (21) as DVr image signal. Frame rate conversion unit (21) converts DVb and DVr image signals to display frame rate and transfers them to monitor image signal generator (41) as DVb' and DVr ' image signals. Monitor image signal generator (41) generates monitor image which displays images resulted from DVb' and DVr ' image signals. Owing to frame rate regulation of reproduced image displayed together with recorded image, easy image signal generation is ensured thus enabling object motion accordance with required playback speed. ^ EFFECT: ensured object motion accordance with required playback speed. ^ 9 cl, 13 dwg |
