The first numeral comparator is connected by the first inlets to storage block outputs, and the second inlets to exits of corresponding discharges of the numeral voltmeter. The output of the first numeral comparator is connected to a S-inlet of the first trigger, an exit of the device connected to the first inlet "And". Outputs of the second storage block are connected to the first inlets of the second numeral comparator, the second inlets connected to outputs of corresponding discharges of the numeral voltmeter.
