<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the measurement of the position or attitude of a photographing apparatus or a subject performed on the basis of image information photographed by the photographing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An image photographed by the photographing apparatus 100 is acquired by an image acquiring section 110, and the attitude at that time is acquired by a sensor measured value acquiring section 120. A line detecting section 130 detects a line from the photographed image.
