<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a condensing solar cell module consisting of a condenser lens collecting sunlight and a solar cell generating power by condensed sunlight as a small, light and portable power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module has a structure where a transparent tabular base 3 is disposed between Fresnel lenses 1 and Si single crystal solar cells 2. A plurality of Fresnel lenses 1 and the like are bonded to a surface of the transparent tabular base 3.
