<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a video image from flowing out of a camera, without the user being aware of it. <P>SOLUTION: If there is a request for acquiring camera input video image information, from an application in progress is detected, a window is displayed in order to confirm whether a user permit delivery of the camera input video image information; and the camera input video image information is delivered if it is acceptable to the user permits.
