摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which displays a relative displacement between optional observation points by light color so as to achieve dynamic observation at low cost which is essential for protecting citizens and construction persons from disaster or accidents, such as landslide, mudslide, snowslide, an accident under civil engineering structure construction, an accident under building structure construction, a collapse of a construction machine, a collapse of an old building, and unusual operations of an amusement facility, and so as to disclose a change occurring in the circumferential environment to the circumferential persons (residents, working persons in charge, spectators, etc.) on a real time basis. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises: a measurement part which measures the relative displacement between two optional points; an LED tube on which a plurality of LED light sources are arranged; and a switch part which determines the color of the LED light source from the deformation quantity obtained by the measurement part. The switch part consists of: a switch panel on which non-conductor and conductor are suitably arranged; and a contact point of each LED tip which can move according to the deformation quantity, with a power line, and the deformation is reported in-situ by the light color on a real time basis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
