PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire a folder to which electronic mail belonging to a plurality of folders is belonging, and to change the folder to which electronic mail is belonging. SOLUTION: When electronic mail is moved from a folder to a folder, the folder of movement origin is selected and input (step S203), and the belonging of the electronic mail to the folder is deleted (step S204), and the folder of movement destination is selected and input (step S303), and the electronic mail is made to belong to the folder (step S304).
