Herb fry powder is provided to secure a rich source of vitamins and minerals and to show excellent digestion, dieresis, sterilization and antibiosis by mixing herbs, which has plenty of pharmacological and nutritionally effective components. Herb fry powder comprises 50-90 parts of flour, 10-30 parts of corn starch, 3-5 parts of rice flour, 5-20 parts of modified starch, 1-3 parts of refined salt, 1-3 parts of synthetic leavening agent, 2-5 parts of monosodium L-glutamate, 0.5-3 parts of onion powder, 0.5-3 parts of garlic powder, 1-2 parts of white pepper and 0.5-7 parts of herbs. The modified starch represents one or more mixture selected from the group consisting of esterified starch, etherified starch and starch acetate. The herbs are selected from the group consisting of fennel, jasmine, sage, thyme, rosemary, lemonbalm, basil, dill and parsley. The herb fry powder contains green tea powder and dried green tea powder instead of the herbs. |
