METHOD OF MONITORING FUEL CONDITION, APPARATUS PERFORMING THE SAME AND STORAGE MEDIA STORING THE SAME

A fuel condition monitoring method can be executed in a computer. The fuel condition monitoring method includes: a step of calculating at least one among previously determined estimated fuel usage amount and estimated gas exhaust amount as to at least one sailing section which can be determined on the basis of ship sailing departure and destination information; a step of checking at least one among actual fuel usage amount and actual gas exhaust amount actually used in a corresponding sailing section during actual sailing of a ship; and a step of controlling a sailing state of the ship on the basis of the estimated fuel usage amount and the actual fuel usage amount or the estimated gas exhaust amount and the actual gas exhaust amount. The fuel condition monitoring method of the present invention can judge whether the present sailing state of the ship is economical, by comparing the estimated fuel usage amount with the actual fuel usage amount.
