PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information analysis device, a biological information analysis system, and a biological information analysis method capable of properly measuring biological information of even a user having an athletic heart.SOLUTION: The biological information analysis device (a biological information measurement device 1) comprises: a biological information detector 31 for detecting biological information of a user; a user determination part (a controller 9) for determining the athletic ability of the user; an information setting part (a controller 9) for setting analysis information corresponding to the athletic ability of the user when it is determined that the athletic ability of the user meets a predetermined condition; and an analyzer (a controller 9) for analyzing the biological information on the basis of the set analysis information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
