A vaporizer, a fuel cell having the vaporizer, and a vaporizing method are provided to stably vaporize liquids by individually vaporizing liquids having different boiling points. A vaporizer(1) includes a first liquid absorbing unit(3) for absorbing a first liquid; a second liquid absorbing unit(2) for absorbing a second liquid; and a heater(10) for heating the first and second liquid absorbing units and vaporizing the first and second liquids. A partition unit(4) is interposed between the first and second liquid absorbing units. The first liquid absorbing unit is arranged around the second liquid absorbing unit. A vaporizing method is characterized in that different kinds of liquids are absorbed at one end of each liquid absorbing unit and infiltrated to the other end, and then vaporized as the other end of each liquid absorbing unit is heated. |
