A liquid crystal display panel and an array substrate thereof. The array substrate (11) comprises a substrate (111) and a first metal layer (112), a first dielectric layer (113), a second metal layer (114), an insulating layer (115) and an electrode layer (116) formed on the substrate (111), the first metal layer (112), the first dielectric layer (113) and the second metal layer (114) constituting a first capacitor, the second metal layer (114), the insulating layer (115) and the electrode layer (116) constituting a second capacitor, the electrode layer (116) being connected to the first metal layer (112) via a through-hole penetrating the first dielectric layer (113) and the insulating layer (115), so that the first capacitor and the second capacitor are connected in parallel. Thus, the area occupied by a GOA circuit on the array substrate can be reduced, which is beneficial for a narrow frame design of the liquid crystal display panel. |
